Kerbstone Plant
The production and storage facilities, covering an area of about 15 hectares are located within the Shenzar Industrial Estate, 30 kms south-east of Tehran. Production first commenced in May 2005 with 2 fully automated presses with a capacity of 120 standard Kerbstones per hour. Within two months, the machines were working 20 hours a day to keep up with demand. In August 2006 a third press was added. In 2007 a further 2 presses were added. Due to continuous increase in demand, In 2008 three more presses were ordered, installed and went into production in March 2009. All machines running 20 hours a day has given us a capacity of about 15,000 units per day.
